My very first desk was a beautiful piece of furniture that I had been dreaming about getting for a long time. It was sturdy and well-made, with a smooth surface that was perfect for doing homework or working on projects. The desk had four legs that were attached to the main body by screws, giving it a solid base that wouldn't wobble or shake even when I was typing away on my computer.
