I needed a reliable way to cool my camper van, so I decided to install a 200mm PC fan in my Mini Heki roof window. After searching for the perfect solution, I found a quiet-running 12V fan that would fit perfectly in the space. To secure it, I chose four parts made from 10x10mm aluminum tubes - three of them (3a and 3b) are designed to hold the fan firmly in place, while the fourth part is used for mounting a switch on one end. The flexible part (5f), which attaches to the window rail, can be compressed to fit snugly into the rail and provides extra stability by dampening vibrations. This setup allows me to install the fan above or below the window rail and netting. Once installed, the parts are secured using M3 bolts for a sturdy hold.
