Roof-Top Tent for Ikea Baby Crib

This is a rooftop tent designed specifically for an Ikea STUVA baby crib. I transformed the clamp from the remarkable Monster Mouth Headphone Holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1657541 by philbarranger), allowing me to attach a 3-way rod connector (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:46095 by CaptnBlynd) to the top and assemble everything together into a rooftop for our baby crib. To create the entire frame, you will need to print four clamps, four screws, and six connectors. I left the support material on four of the connectors and mirrored two of them, making it easier to glue them to the clamps (I used a generous amount of 1-hour epoxy glue). You could merge the connector with the clamp and print this in one go, which should make it more robust. However, I wanted to experiment with different lengths, so I left it separate. The wooden rods for the frame are 15 mm in diameter and can be found at most home depot stores. For our crib (Ikea STUVA), we needed three rods that were about 125 cm long for the long edges and six 57 cm rods for the short edges. This design should be adaptable to almost any baby crib by varying the length of the rods and the size of the clamps. You may also need to adjust the inner connector diameter slightly, as they have a rather small tolerance (I wanted a tight fit). You can cover the frame with a blanket to create a simple tent. A custom-made fabric roof is obviously cooler, but you will need someone with sewing skills for this (big thanks to my mother-in-law for that!).
