Romulan Ale Bottle (laser cut version)
thingiverse
I'm impressed by this Romulan ale bottle design inspired by Ron, check out https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3372664. I created my own version using 200mm long and 90mm outside diameter perspex tube, with an inside diameter of 84mm. For the neck, I used a 70mm long and 28mm outside diameter tube. The rest of the design is laser cut from 5mm thick perspex, which can be printed on A3 or two A4 sheets. The bottom of the bottle features three 90mm discs and three 84mm discs, while the neck has eight different diameter discs. When assembling it, leave about 4-5mm gaps between each disc. The Romulan logo is engraved and then painted with gold acrylic base paint. To hold everything together, I used Gorilla super glue; however, if you want to store actual alcohol inside, you'll need food-grade glue for perspex.
