Romeo and Juliet (kitchen soap dispenser), with space for a sponge. In the back of the sponge area, there is a slope down the middle and a small hole, for water to drain. If the layers stick well together, there is no problem with leaks. The lid should be printed with supports. Settings for supports in Cura can be found in both basic and expert settings images. Any soap dispenser pump will work, as the size of the thread is universal. Be careful of the size of the hose on the pump, as it needs to reach the bottom of the reservoir.
