A total overhaul of my previous sword design is underway, with one major aspect that didn't sit right with me - the blade itself. I've decided to take it back to the drawing board and beef up the edges to give the blade a more defined look. The handle received only minor tweaks, with a slight thinning down being the only notable change. The textures were completely revamped, and I seized the opportunity to test out Substance's new auto unwrap feature on this model simply out of curiosity. To my surprise, it turned out to be quite decent, with only faint seams visible. However, the hilt proved to be a bit more challenging, as the textures didn't quite live up to my expectations. In response, I opted for a bronze texture and gave the hilt a fresh coat. The handle's texture was also swapped out for a leather-stitched material that I'm particularly fond of. While there were some minor seam issues, they're barely noticeable at all.
