Roman SPQR banner stencil
thingiverse
This is a set of stencils for creating an SPQR banner by painting with gold paint on fabric. We applied the stencils by applying glue to the underside, placing them on fabric, and then painting with Liquitex Basics Gold. Be cautious that each painted section dries before using the next stencil to prevent smudges. No supports are necessary for printing. The central SPQR stencil features some bridges to hold together the disconnected parts of the Q and R. The eagle (not included) is based on this design. These stencils are based on the vexilloid by Ssolbergj, licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported. They are designed for a 200x200 mm print bed. If smaller ones are needed, pieces must be broken up into smaller sections.
