Roman cemetery on the Via Ostiense: Section VI

This model illustrates the current state of the Roman Cemetery located on the Via Ostiense in Rome. This particular segment displays tombs 27, 28, 29, and 30. Data collected in May 2017 was used, combining photogrammetry and direct survey with a total station to create the models. The annotations highlight key features of the cemetery as well as various aspects of Roman funerary culture. To explore other areas of the cemetery, simply return to the reference model.
