Roman Brazier
grabcad
I am fascinated by ancient architecture. As I looked through the different civilizations for inspiration, I settled in Rome mainly for the use of Latin. A language that to me, is as every bit interesting as it is unusually satisfying when spoken. In the end, I chose to make brazier with distinctive Roman symbolism and text. “Ardenti animo bellator” meaning burning warrior spirit. This connects that gladiator, sword, and shield with the brazier. On top there is a place to fit a one inch in diameter candle to represent the fire. The candle on top of the Roman brazier can be scented, depending on the user’s preference, to fill their house with pleasant aroma. While unlit it still provides an intriguing aesthetic piece to the abode. The rim around the top prevents any wax from melting onto the counter. I also chose to make it out of iron to appear more fitting in a city like Ancient Rome. This design can be used as a center complimenting both wooden and metal tables. It can also sit on kitchen counters, carefully blended in among the metal appliances. Let the burning spirit of the warrior fuel your passion and inspire you to achieve yourgreatest desires.
