The 2:1 mechanism on my Roman Blind Replacement Chain Control Unit failed to function properly, and I couldn't locate a direct replacement. I sourced an adapter that's 4:1 instead, which required some modifications to work seamlessly. By removing two lugs and adding two longer screws, the solution is actually superior to the original setup.
