A handy gadget for aligning plate mount switches with precision, especially useful in situations like the Romac Macropad where there's no plate to guide the process. To get started, place the switches onto the PCB using the tool as a reference point, then use a piece of card or similar material to help flip it over without causing any damage. Once you've got the switches fitted, solder them into place and carefully slide the tool out from under it.
