Rollo - Under Desk Mount
thingiverse
Under desk mount for rollo thermal printer. Found a few online that looked nice, but I didn't want to spend the money knowing I could make a version on my own although it would have been faster and technically cheaper :D This model is one piece so it is delicate getting the printer into the mount, but once it is in, it holds great! The rubber feet get a little hung up so just be gentle and work the rubber feet in. I had 1 break on me which is why I switched to 100% and made the little fork arms a little thicker. I did make a label roll holder as well, but it isn't attached to the printer in anyway so I did have to take extra steps to make sure the labels were lined up with the printer and would feed cleanly. Feel free to edit and make your own versions. I print mostly 4x6 labels but I do occasionally use 2.5" labels for my kids, so I made the roller pin small enough to fit the smaller label roll, but it still works perfectly on the 4x6 rolls. I've uploaded both STL and Fusion360 files, except the roller pin, thats just the STL. **I am not a professional modeler, just a guy that likes to tinker, that said, I don't want to hear about how I am not using parametric modeling or how the design is bad or I used to many steps or whatever other complaints one might think of.** I chose 100% infill for the printer mount, but everything else is 20%. Standard .4 nozzle with standard .2 layer height are the basics I used. (I always print PLA at 220 temp, feedrate at 150%, support overhang angle at 77degrees and get great results)
