Rollo 4x6 label printer paper tray
thingiverse
This is a dual purpose tray for use with the Rollo 4x6 shipping label printer. The tray is designed to hold either a 500 count stack of fan fold labels, possibly more, but the 500 count was all I had to test with, or a 250 count roll of labels that has a 40mm core. This design is 2 pieces, the main tray and the pin to hold the rolls of labels. The pin actually serves a dual purpose. For the rolls, it holds the roll for easy feeding. For the fan fold labels, the pin acts as a guide to feed the labels straight into the back of the printer. The one issue I had at first was that when I put the printer on top it slid back and forth pretty easy. My solution to that was to carefully pull off the rubber feet and re-stick them over further so that they would keep the printer from sliding when on top. When doing this it is best to have the labels loaded to find the best place for the feet to be stuck on. Once the feet are stuck in place, you should be able to remove the printer to load labels if needed and have it perfectly centered for the labels when put back on the tray.
