I ordered a replacement tire for my rolling suitcase. The original plastic tires had completely dried out and crumbled away, making them unusable. To create the new wheels, I designed them using Tinkercad as voids, then added cylinders to scale up the tire to fit perfectly on the target wheel. Next, I downloaded a tread design from Thingiverse and attached it to the model. I highly recommend using TPU filament for this project, as it provides a snug fit without needing any additional adhesive. The tread width is 25mm, while the internal diameter of the wheel is 36.5mm.
