Rolling MintyBoost Enclosure

The roll top box appealed to me, prompting thoughts about other applications for rolling covers. I designed an enclosure for my Mintyboost with a rolling cover that allows easy battery swapping. The refined version 2 is available in the remix box without needing a battery holder. The dimensions are 4.15" x 1.85" x 0.83". The cover slides continuously around the enclosure, making it quite addictive! To create this design, print two mintyboost_slide or mintyboost_slide_rep, and one mintycover_slanted. Purchase a Mintyboost from Adafruit (https://www.adafruit.com/products/14) and assemble it, using a side-loading AA holder from DigiKey (http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/BC22AAW/BC22AAW-ND/66727) instead of the battery holder in the kit. Install the Mintyboost on one side, secure it with hot glue or tape, then insert the mintycover into the slot before pressing the second cover into place for a tight fit.
