This system is a part of the Hot Charge Project, wish allows to connect the CCM to the rolling mill plant by sending the hot billets. The model is 1/3 part of the real pusher system. the hole system allows to push hot billets - (900C°) with 12m lenght -horizontally, over aprox 700mm stroke from a rolling conveyor to a cooling table. This part of the model is mainly composed of plates S275JR, has one hydraulic cylinder (63x45x430) and a weight of aprox 2T.This model is designed using Inventor 2020.
