I use it to keep cables off the floor so they stay clean when I mop the floor. It moves easily. The wheels that come with this are at: http://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=39678110268. The plastic wrapping is available here:http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=20892748696. I found this model has a major issue. It requires too much support. I think it would be best to come up with something new.
