Scale replica of an oilfield drilling bit, designed and tested by a guy who specialises in oilfield drilling bits. Printed at 200% this will be a life-size 8-1/2" rollercone with accurate 4-1/2" REG connection. Excellent gift idea for makers or oilfield hands alike, and works well as a back massager for the missus. 22 unique components to screw and glue together. Hardware required is 3 x 608ZZ bearings (skateboard bearings), 6 x M5x25mm countersunk screws, 3mm allen key, 5mm allen key, a sharp hobby knife, teaspoon (to screw in the nozzles!) and some superglue (I use Loctite 401). Custom designs available on request.
