To create a replacement Rollerblade Twister cuff clip, you'll need to gather a spring from a badge clamp and some 2mm axis rods. You can obtain the springs by harvesting them from existing badge clamps; refer to the provided photos for guidance. A design has been created with an external diameter of 4mm and a height of 4mm, accommodating standard-sized springs. The STEP files included allow for easy modification of dimensions to suit specific requirements. The strap component is specifically designed for use with a metal adapter that I've already constructed (see attached photos). When printing the components, keep in mind that PETG is the recommended material due to its durability and resistance to deformation. However, supports and a brim are necessary only for the cuff_clip_base part. It's essential to exercise caution when using 3D printed plastic parts, as they may not be as durable as their original counterparts.
