Roller Tool
thingiverse
I designed this tool to compress butyl rubber backed tape around my cousin's windows and help me install DynaMat in my car. It utilizes 608z or K08 bearings taken directly from KP08 pillow block bearings, secured with a couple of M8x1.25 x 20mm bolts. My cousin's wife suggested that this device could also serve as a massage roller if I designed an alternative roller attachment, so I swiftly created the Roller(Ball) model and haven't tested it yet. If anyone attempts to use it for this purpose, please share their results. Both my cousins and I applied considerable force while laying out fortiflash flashing around the windows, and it held strong, indicating that its handle is more than capable of withstanding heavy pressure (printed at 50% cubic subdivision in Cura 3.6). Mod 1: I adjusted the space between the roller and the handle to accommodate different protrusions from the roller face, allowing for various roller attachments like the Roller(Ball) mounds.
