Roller for spinning resin or casting on a rolling mould. Print: Both frames 2 of the rollers. Both can be "Power" or "Idle" Power is ribbed to give it more traction. Optional: Cut jig. this is really just to mark the 100mm shafts to cut a slot for the stepper motor to attach. Hardware: 28BYJ-48 Stepper motor and ULN2003 driver. Usually $14 for 5 on Amazon 10k potentiometer 2x 8mm x 100mm shafts. 4x 608 bearings 2x M4 x 8 Screws Arduino 5V Power supply Assembly: The rollers are pretty tight on the shafts to prevent slipping. I found it best to chuck the shafts into a drill and press them into the rollers while spinning the shaft. Everything else is press fit except the two screws holding in the stepper motor Wire up the Arduino, driver, motor and pot, upload the sketch and roll away. The sketch is pretty simple and could use a lot of improvements but it works *These little motors can't spin very fast. 13rpm is the best I could get out of them, even then it's easy to stall. https://youtu.be/oLbOSob5YsU
