prusaprinters
While designing my footswitch, I created this snap-fit mount for roller micro switches.
It has wiring tunnels at the base and stands off far enough for all of the roller style microswitches I could find.
It is not designed for switches with lugs on the ends.
There are small dimples in the top to help you line up the holes in your switch. Then just press it firmly in place until you hear it snap into place on both ends.
Feel free to add this to any model that could use this sort of switch.

Notes:
This is designed to print switch side up without supports.
If your printer has poor bridging it shouldn't be an issue since the only bridges are the top of the cable runs. I curved them a bit so it should still be easy to run wires.
