Roller Guide and Z-Axis Stabilizer
thingiverse
I noticed recently that I needed to use a filament guide with my setup since my filament kept nearly getting snagged on the z-axis knob I'm using. I had remixed this part earlier to use 906 bearings in the roller instead of just rotating plastic on plastic, but wanted to get the designs a little more proportional (and pretty) before I posted them. Since I still had the files for the stabilizer (it's on here somewhere, I just cant remember exactly which one it is but it is NOT my original design), I decided to have my cake and eat it too. I merged the files in Tinker Cad and kept the crossbar attachment from the stabilizer instead of the one with the original guide since it's a LOT more secure. You may need to adjust some proportions in your slicer, so I've included models for test fits so you don't have to waste any more filament than necessary. It's still kinda crude/ugly, but it'll get the job done and won't break easily.
