roller for ulightme filament spool holder

This is an addition to the Ulightme Filament Spool Roller Arm for the Anet A8. It accommodates standard 22mm skateboard bearings and rides on an 8mm shaft. Since the low profile spool holder found in Ulightme's designs doesn't include these, I created them. Each spool requires four of these. This component can also be used as a pulley. After completing assembly, I'm impressed with the low profile and adjustability of this design - it can fit any roll, including two rolls at once.
