This spool holder is ridiculously easy to build. It performs flawlessly. I printed the main components with 30% infill for added durability, and the rest at a more modest 15%. Standard F688ZZ bearings are used, which come in a 16mm outer diameter and 8mm inner diameter. The flange on these bearings prevents them from being pushed all the way through, but it's not necessary - any bearing with the same dimensions will do. Once printed, you can assemble the roller parts together. I didn't bother gluing mine, and it fits perfectly. This spool holder attaches easily to a standard PRUSA i3 mk3 aluminum frame.
