The roller has a diameter of 159mm and a length of 2200mm, with an external bearing UCP2084. It is made of steel and measures 3600mm long, 2450mm wide, and 600mm high with a thickness of 40-30mm. The roller conveyor weighs 1550kg to 20kg. Its maximum load capacity is 5000kg. The gear motor Lenze engine (m550-P90/M4) has a power of 1.1kW, 460V and an engine code M55AP090M045E. It rotates at a frequency of 1754rpm with a torque of 6Nm on a solid output shaft (35x70mm) with a key (10x8x56mm). Cooling is via a built-in fan, and the reducer (G500-H450) has a gear ratio of 49.867, providing a torque output shaft of 285Nm. The output shaft rotates at 35.2rpm, and the spring brake is not adjustable with a brake moment of 16Nm. The drive uses a 16-B1 chain, with 12 leading star teeth and 12 trailing star teeth. The total length of the 13 sections of the circuits is 11m, and the conveyor speed is 18m/min.
