Roller Blind Stopper

<p>The existing stopper was a bit too short and did not reliably stop. So I designed an extra long 35mm model.</p><p><br>There is 2 versions:</p><ul><li>stopper for M4 screw</li><li>stopper for M5 screw</li></ul><p><br>For easier assembly the nuts can be pressed into the body and will not fall out again.</p><p>For better fit the bumper has a cavity to enable deforming for uneven roller shapes. But this means</p><ul><li>you need to print with flexible material (TPU)</li><li>you have to create support for printing</li></ul><p><br><strong>Needed Material:</strong></p><ul><li>screw M4x25mm or M5x25mm (depending on your blind you may need another length)</li><li>nut M4 or M5 (ISO 4032)</li></ul><h3> </h3><p> </p><h3>Printing Instructions:</h3><p> </p><p><strong>Filament:</strong> TPU or similar (flexible) material</p><p><strong>Infill:</strong> 100%</p><p><strong>Support:</strong> yes</p><p> </p><p><strong>Important!
