Roller bearing to Linear guide update on Kuongshun K10 (similar to Geectech A10)

I designed a bed mount and Belt & idler mechanism to replace the roller bearings on my 3D printer. My Kuongshun K10 3D printer was plagued by persistent bed leveling issues, which I traced back to the wiggle in the roller bearings. To solve this problem, I decided to swap out the roller bearings for linear guides. The Y-axis t-slot on my printer features a chamfer that I utilized, and I opted for A4BI Linear Guides measuring 9mm wide and 6mm thick. Happily, they also sport a chamfer, making it easy to assemble them without requiring any calibration tools - just a few t-slot nuts and M3 5mm long Allen screws held them in place. For the Belt & idler, I drew inspiration from kdmshark's design for GT2 Idler Pulley on Thingiverse. To fine-tune the tension, I designed a custom screw mechanism that utilizes an M6x24mm screw. The necessary materials include 2020 t-slot nuts, M3 5mm long Allen screws, A4BI Linear Guides, M5 12mm long Allen Screws and nuts for bed mounting, M3 19mm long screws to secure the assembly to the linear guide, M6 26mm long Allen screws for belt mechanism installation, and M8 25mm long Allen screws to mount the GT2 idler pulley built around a 608zz ball bearing.
