Roller Bearing

Roller Bearing

A working roller bearing! i tried some of the other bearings on here and all of them failed to work as they have NO CAGE so the "bearings" grind on each other and lock up. so I designed this one with a cage from scratch print at 0.1 layer height or better with a line width no more than 0.4, its a bearing its meant to be accurate. I admit its not exact but hopefully comes in use for someone who needs it in a pinch. USE WITH GREASE! To put this together hold cage in shell, insert bearings by means of wiggle and jiggle, offer up back plate and use palms in opposite directions to screw together the cage and backplate everything holds together on its own, no glue needed, depending on your printing you may need supports total print time of all parts for me was 40 mins at 100% infill, it seems to scale well but i have not printed bigger or smaller ones as i did not need them This took me a hours to make DO NOT SELL THIS PART and GIVE CREDIT WHERE DUE https://www.facebook.com/Be3DP Add photos to our page if you do use them, thanks
