Roller bearing

Roller bearing

thingiverse

To create a roller bearing for my project, I initially attempted to print useful ball bearings but they were unsuccessful. Thus, I switched to roller bearings, using an openSCAD script that generates a housing. The rollers are made from small pieces of filament. Please specify the desired parameters such as size, number of bearings, and diameter of the axis. Follow these steps: code, print, cut the filament, assemble, glue the cover, and enjoy the smooth operation. Note that I'm not a professional programmer, having last used Basic in 1985. After receiving feedback, I updated the design to version 0.2, featuring rolling rollers with separated cage and housing. The functional test was positive, but endurance testing is still pending. Lastly, the closing of the houses is work in progress.
