Roller Applicator for Paint, Liquid Rubbers & UV LOCA Glue's - Help !

Howdy All ! Okay as the title says, Roller Applicator for Paint, Liquid Rubbers & UV LOCA Glue's - Help !: What i was thinking of is a Gravity-Fed pen-sized applicator that can run thin accurate lines of whatever your project needs, Paint, Glue's, Liquid Rubbers Like Plasti-Dip etc Dremels have a little rubber wheel/roller as the sanding rolls attachment - i was also thinking as these bits are so dirt cheap (Aliexpress !) these~days then we could cannibalise those rubber rollers instead of 3D Printed Rollers..Screws and shaft already included too which is a bonus. A syringe-type pump could be used - the actual pump-part of a disposable syringe maybe also ? But this would defeat the gravity-fed system - Yet for thick rubbers (or when using applicator, the rubber/glue/paint mediums start setting, some kind of force is so very welcomed). Im going to continue with my own design but ALAS im NOT as awesome as everyone else here on Thingiverse - ALMOST ALL on here have awe-striking talent for 3D-Drawing and 3D-Designing, i would be really grateful if anyone could help me design this thing No time limit on this either, lol, i will continue to update this with some completed parts but dont hold your breath, my skills are woefully inadequate & too rudimentary... ive used Fusion360 when it was free but since everyone's started making CAD Softwares as a monthly subscription, theres not many easy to grasp other softwares out there so im stuck on Sketchup ! Thanks loads for any help whatsoever in advance, i know what i want but my head just cant get it to a 3D Object/s !
