Rolland V-drums FD-8 hit hat pedal actuator

My Roland TD-8 electronic drums are showing their age, and the FD-8 hi-hat pedal has lost all sensitivity. An internal rubber component is pressing down on the pedal sensor, and this part feels like concrete. I've identified the model of this rubber piece, which can be printed with a smooth material like TPU or Ninjaflex. To achieve the perfect balance, you may adjust the infill and shelves to set the desired pedal stiffness – 50% worked perfectly for me.
