Pretty sick of these roll on sunscreens not being refillable, contributing to global plastic waste and super expensive to buy! Designed in Tinkercad and printed using RisingSun FPV Nova TPU (95A shore hardness) without supports on a Prusa using Sainsmart TPU defaults. Printed on Prusa MK4 SainSmart TPU defaults (235deg nozzle/50deg bed temp) IPA cleaned smooth sheet) 0.4 nozzle 0.1 layer height No supports No brim Install is as simple as carefully drilling a 10mm hole in the lower side area of the enclosure. Clean TPU print using a gas lighter, twisting the plug and inserting. Heat the surround and work it on and off the plug to effectively bed it in. install into enclosure (without plug in!). You may need to heat up the enclosure around the hole slightly post install to de-warp and flatten the side wall. Recommend refilling using a pump bottle (has nozzle), syringe or makeshift piping bag. Remix away, full open source, no selling.
