Roll holder designed to utilize three bearings for a smoother filament extrusion process on a Delta Printer. To accommodate varying roll sizes, a ring-based system was implemented as gap fillers. Additionally, an extended outer ring was created due to a bolt length issue. Print Settings: Printer: Micromake D1 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 15% Notes: A design modification was made by printing a 0.2mm layer over reduced holes, reducing the need for supports and enhancing layer quality. Printing settings included a 0.3mm first layer, 0.8mm side and top walls, and 15% fill density. Design Process: Software Used: FreeCad for design and Cura for printing.
