Filament roll bearing engineered exclusively for Salton VitaPro food dehydrators. This unique component fits snugly within a tray's opening, enabling efficient filament drying while printing. Unless your plastic is excessively moist, hours of advance preparation are unnecessary - this feature effectively streamlines the process. The original design was adapted from an airsoft BB-bearing system. Caution: Biodegradable BBs are not suitable for use. Made from PLA, they become extremely pliable at dehydrator temperatures, compromising their effectiveness. Instead, opt for non-biodegradable (Styrene), glass (silica), or aluminum BBs. I have developed an adapter ring tailored to my plastic spools, but you can utilize the included rings if desired with the original design.
