Roll Bar Gauge Pod

This is a 2-1/16" gauge pod designed for mounting to a 45-degree slanted roll cage with a 1.665" OD. I used three of these pods on my roll bar setup. To assemble, print out the design and head to a hardware store to source suitable bolts or screws. Simply force them into place to cut threads, but be sure not to use bolts that are too thick, as they may break the plastic housing. Alternatively, use a tap for a more precise fit. I opted for Allen head bolts from my parts stash, so I'm unsure of their exact size. After printing, achieve a smooth finish by submerging the parts in a fryer filled with Acetone. This process effectively melts the outer layer of the printed components, giving them a sleek appearance.
