Roland V1-HD video switcher mounting bracket
thingiverse
We crafted a simple mount design that attaches the unit to a stand, featuring holes that can seamlessly accommodate a 1/4 inch bolt. The rest of the assembly was built using a flat bar measuring one foot in length, with precision-drilled holes approximately 1/4 inch from each end using a 3/8th's bit (ideal drill sizes range between 9/32 and 5/16). To create the distinctive flange visible in the photos, we employed a vice or equivalent clamp to bend the drilled ends 90 degrees. The optimal distance for this bracket, measured from the inner edges of each mounting point, is exactly 10 1/4 inches. Therefore, after bending the flat bar, its overall width should not exceed 10 1/4 inches when measured outside to outside. This design serves as a mounting bracket for the Roland V1-HD video switcher.
