Roland TR-606 or TB-303 Ninjaflex replacement knobs
thingiverse
I purchased this TR-606 used and it was severely damaged. It had been thoroughly battered and showed significant signs of wear. The unit was missing a critical knob, and one of its pots was defective. After replacing the bad pot, I discovered that the original knob wouldn't fit properly, so I created new ones to replace it. There are two versions of the big knobs and the small ones available. One version features an indicator that can be printed separately, allowing you to use a different material for it, such as ABS or another suitable option. The other version is a single piece. I printed them using TPU so they would fit universally on the pots. I used my Flash Forge creator to print them with the following settings: * 50% infill rectilinear was used * A 1.3 extrusion modifier was applied * The first layer was set at 220 degrees, and the rest of the layers were set at 217 degrees * The heated bed was maintained at 35 degrees * A base speed of 600mm/min was utilized * Four shells were used for the top, three for the sides and bottom * A primary layer height of .2 was used * Retraction settings included a 1mm retraction @ 1200mm/min * An outline overlap of 30% was applied
