Replacing jacknuts for Roland amps, like the Cube and Micro Cube. Roland's jacks come with a unique size and thread that often breaks due to their plastic material. The only place to order replacements is directly from Roland, which comes at a cost of around $5. Shipping to Europe adds an additional $17. However, the new jack may still break again. Update: I finally got the thread correct. Now it screws on smoothly. I created two designs based on the original jacknut. The first one closely replicates the original, while the second design is a more modern take with grip features. On the photo, from left to right, you'll see the latest printed model, the older printed version that didn't fit properly, and the original jacknut. If you'd like to make your own custom jacknuts, head over to Onshape and search for "Roland Nut" to access the design files.
