Roland Drum Frame Bracket
thingiverse
This project started with the need to fit Alesis pads on a Roland frame so I made similar [brackets for those](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5230419). Then I wanted them to all be white so I remade the standard Roland brackets. These are designed to fit 1.5" tubing and 7/8" pad mounts. I used standard drum hardware, 12-24 bolts and nuts. My mixture was 80% Siraya Tech ABS-like white, 10% Siraya Tech Tenacious, 10% Siraya Tech Blu. Gripping strength at both ends seemed adequate then fell off after a few months. I believe the bolts and nuts are sinking into the plastic but I have not dissembled for inspection. It may just need a different mix of resin for less elasticity. I will update in the coming months.
