I remixed this so I could use Roland V-Drum cymbals on my Alesis cymbal stand mounts. This replaces the plastic pivot and reuses the screw that was holding it to the post. There are two screw holes: One is locked rotation and the other is adjustable rotation of the pivot. The screw holes should align perfectly with the hole on the metal post.
