It says it all in the title! Roland Cutter Holder for WorkBee CNC. After my initial vinyl cutting setbacks, I added a second support to fine-tune cutter pressure adjustment. The cutter holder snaps onto the Z carriage with ease, thanks to sufficient nesting that provides a firm grip. Pressure adjustment is made possible by a simple bracket, knob, spring, and adjusting screw combination. Conventional threads and internal threads are created using M10 taps and dies for metal components. I utilize reinforced slicing techniques for my technical part designs. A Z-axis limit switch support was added to address initial accessibility issues caused by mounting the sensor under the Y-axis carriage. The downloadable support differs from the pictured model in several key ways: - Increased rib size for added stiffness - Holes for cable ties accommodating Z motor, limit switch, and router motor cables - Heightened slotted hole for adjustment I appreciate your feedback on this design after printing and use.
