Roland 11.5mm drag knife mount for MPCNC

This knife holder fits the standard MPCNC Burly model tool mount. I based on the design by @IonutSeitan. A nice design which, unlike many of the mounts out there, correctly "floats" the knife holder. The main motivator for this remix is that the holder I had on hand was 11.5mm which is the wrong size for the original design. I took the opportunity to make a few small improvements at the same time. 1. Thickened up the walls of the housing threaded section. The original was too thin requiring the thin wall setting in the slicer. Unfortunately when printed the threaded section came apart like a spring 2. Added finger grips to the cap 3. Provided more clearance for the threads so, unlike the original, sanding down to size is not required 4. Reduced the contact area with the knife holder
