Rola Roof Rack Nut Trap

The plastic piece in my Rola roof rack cross bar model 59834 (APE series) holds a 8mm nut. The supplied stainless bolts had burrs that made installation difficult and rounded the nut trap. I printed an ABS replacement with 50% infill, .2mm layer height, unsure of its strength compared to original nylon part; however, it was more durable than the originals. Ensure not to overtighten.
