Roku Soundbridge M2000 replacement end cap
thingiverse
A friend's broken Roku M2000 endcaps, with their tabs busted, prompted the design of a replacement. Although these new endcaps are not exact duplicates of the originals, which boasted a curved LCD side, they were engineered to provide a reliable alternative since the M2000 model has been out of production for quite some time. They secure snugly and utilize a different approach altogether - relying on a friction fit rather than tabs. UPDATE: I've tweaked the stl design slightly. A fraction of mm discrepancy in the inner flange length has now been addressed. Printing Tips To get the perfect fit, try printing these endcaps at 0.15mm layer height with 20% infill and 3 perimeters using PLA material. This setting worked out great for my friend's setup.
