For my wife's job, she often needs to display videos on a TV while discussing a product, and she relies on a Roku to play video files. To make her setup more convenient, I created a mounting bracket that holds the Roku 2 XS unit securely to the TV. By attaching everything directly to the TV, all she has to do is lift it and set it up wherever she wants. The only thing left to do is plug in the power cord. This design is straightforward - just a simple box that stores the Roku 2 XS remote control. I made sure it would fit perfectly with the existing VESA 100 wall mounting holes on the TV, using two 4mm socket cap screws to attach it securely. This way, the holder sits flush against the TV's interior and doesn't obstruct the remote's movement. The holder is printed in Just PLA's turquoise filament (https://www.justpla.com/turquoise-play175-1kg?search=PLAY175TRQ-1KG). Print Settings: * Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2 mm * Infill: 15% Notes: If you print the holder with the bottom touching the build plate and the front facing your cooling fans, you should have no issues with the screws recessing into the holes. Post-Printing: Attach the holder to the TV using two 4mm socket cap screws. There's a larger hole on the front of the holder for easy screw insertion.
