Rohloff RDM snubber

This is a functional redesign of a Rohloff Speedhub rear-derailleur mount snubber. It keeps the belt from ratcheting when you're using a Gates belt drive. I didn't feel like spending $50 to order one from the EU so I spent some time making this version. To assemble you need an M6 bolt and 3 nuts, plus a washer. For the peg that prevents it from rotating down out of position, I used a small bit of brass wire glued into place.
