Rogue XM-43M Drop Mount
thingiverse
The original mounting height for a pull-up bar on most power racks is at the very top of the rack, typically around 96". This makes the bar inaccessible to shorter lifters or those doing weighted pull-ups. It also doesn't allow for headroom with standard ceiling heights. This design lowers the XM-43M bar by approximately 13.5" from its original mounting point. The provided Sketchup file contains all necessary measurements for metalworking, and an optional STL is available for 3D printing a bolt adapter since the XM-43M uses 1" bolts but some racks have 5/8" holes on the front upright. Standard Monster racks can use standard 1" hardware. The main down-tube requires 3"x3" square metal tubing, while the upper brackets need 1/8" or 1/4" thick flat metal stock. Additional hardware must be purchased to fill all bolt holes.
