oh I forgot to post on blog.I let my friend test the Z-axis today, now we have to work on finishing touches at once as we have 80mm sec swings the table. It's not perfect but this design works surprisingly well \n"12.14"\nI did Rodi again to refine the build, updating parts\nNow Z AXIS is stable, I used a stabilizer and added a spring, then realized three ball bearing 5x13x5 wouldn't provide enough support if I hadn't taken any extra precautions on the Y-axis." I now use 8mm rod with toothed belt tensioner which provides a more solid alignment \n"12.14"\ni had all parts printed.\ntwo weeks have passed\nnow i just need to glue new spool holder onto existing, and add the spring clips for X-axis to complete it "some final details missing". \n20.14\nit was done.\ntenacious effort required\nI finished building this last piece on 13th and installed everything, except adding a display so that my Rodi has finally stabilized bed, it will be much better now to start printing new projects with high-quality resolution printshttp://youtu.be/L0xLDqD6_JI
