RODI H2O SYSTEM BRACKETS

I created custom brackets for a RODI water filtration system designed for cleaning solar panels and cars. These brackets fit within a Rubbermaid All Access Organizer storage crate, accommodating four 10" filter cartridge holders, three RO membranes, a booster pump, three res./bypass valves, and various tubing. Despite the compact setup, the system functions efficiently, with easy access for filter changes and servicing. The crate features both front panel and top access. Each RO membrane housing has snug rings (two per housing) that allow for stacking and neat zip-tie binding. The booster pump mounting bracket is positioned above and centered between four 10" filter housings, laid out in a rectangle, with three horizontal RO housings beneath the pump and between the filters. To secure, restricter/bypass valves are zip-tied to the bracket, which is then zip-tied to the crate's wall.
